New Support page: open a ticket for payouts, missing coins, Product Flip disputes, verification or a self-exclusion request, with screenshot attachments.
Replies happen in the same thread, and the owner sees every ticket in a new Support tab in the control panel with the player's balances attached.
New How it works page explaining the three balances, exactly what every coin pack grants, the 3.5% house fee, store credit at 120 coins per $1, and payout timing.
Full legal pack live: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Sweepstakes rules and a Responsible Play page with cool-off and self-exclusion instructions.

New Messages page: DM any player privately, with photo attachments up to 5 MB.
Message someone straight from live chat or from their row on the leaderboard.
Unread badges per conversation, and photos are served through expiring private links.
Owner-only Direct message log in the control panel shows every DM and image sent on the site.
Admin control panel stays permanently locked to the owner account xerjaz1 — no other account can reach it.

New Settings panel (gear at the bottom left): language, theme, notifications, sound and motion — saved on your device.
Five languages: English, Español, Português, Français and Deutsch.
Six themes with live previews — RAG Neon stays the house default, plus Cyber Lime, Inferno, Deep Ocean, Gold Vault and Vapor Ice.
Chat @pings: tap the @ button, type a username, and they get a popup in the top right with a chime — click it to jump straight into chat.
Optional popups for every chat message, plus toggles for hover blips, full mute and reduced animations.
Anti-cheat pass: the old one-shot match resolvers were deleted, and opponents' picks, round history and results can no longer be read straight from the database — all play now runs through the sealed round engine.

Coin Call (online): both players secretly call heads or tails, the server flips one coin, and only a lone correct call scores. First to three takes the pot.
High Card (online): one card each from a freshly shuffled server deck, highest rank wins the round, equal ranks push. First to three takes the pot.
Neon Wheel (offline): a twenty-four slot wheel paying up to 30.00x, with the landing slot drawn server-side before the wheel turns.
Your equipped profile banner now sits behind the dashboard hero as well as your profile.
Admin panel opens with a summary strip: safe to withdraw, owed to players, money in, money paid out — plus a plain-English AI read of the ledger.

Ten animated profile banners in the store, from Money Tree to the owner-only Overlord Throne — Banners is now the first shop tab.
Profiles no longer flash a random generated face while your avatar loads.
Equipped banners now sit behind your avatar, name, tagline and badges, and every banner loops endlessly with a light sweep and parallax drift.
Admin panel can now add or remove Practice Coins as well as real cash and RAG Coins.
Product Flip is real players only — no practice or AI rooms, escrow always settles in RAG Coins.
Practice mode now only lists games that actually support the training bot, so nothing dead-ends.
Every Product Flip room shows its escrow ID, tracking and label details in the owner console.

Neon Minefield: 24 tiles, one hidden mine, alternating picks — pure 50/50 with a 25 second shot clock.
Crash Rocket: solo multiplier climb with a sealed crash point and a 50.00x ceiling.
Match choices are now hidden from opponents until a round resolves.
Profile privacy tightened — recovery codes and verification data are never readable by other players.
