On the server. In 1v1 games both picks are sealed until each player has committed — nothing on your screen can read your opponent's move, and the result is written by the server, not either client. Solo games roll server-side too.
Staked 1v1 games take 3.5% of the pot, shown before you commit. Solo games against the house carry a built-in edge instead, so over many rounds the house wins slightly more often than you do.
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying coins never improves your odds in any game.
Payout requests are reviewed manually by the owner. Minimum is $10 of RAG Cash. You will see the status change on your cashout page, and you can chase it with a Support ticket.
Trade coins for a RAG gift card at 167 coins per $1 of credit. You get a PDF with a unique code, valid for a single use on the RAG store. Codes can be expired by staff once redeemed.
Both sides stake, then a coin toss decides who is buying at the high price or the low price. The seller must upload a tracking number and a photo of the shipping label; the funds release 24 hours after tracking shows delivery. Disputes are settled by staff from the tracking and chat record.
Permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances. That covers scripting, exploiting bugs, alt accounts, and collusion between accounts.
