By creating an account or staking a game you agree to these terms and to the official sweepstakes rules.
You must be at least 18 years old and a member of the RAG Discord server. Accounts are approved manually after you submit proof of membership.
One account per person. Creating extra accounts to claim bonuses, farm giveaways, or play against yourself is a permanent ban.
RAG is void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know whether you may take part where you live.
RAG Coins are an in-arena play balance. They have no cash value outside RAG, cannot be sold or transferred between players, and are not a deposit, savings, or investment of any kind.
RAG Cash is the redeemable sweepstakes balance. It can be converted to store credit or requested as a payout once you reach the $10 minimum.
Practice Coins exist purely for training against the house bots and can never be redeemed.
Coin packs are digital goods delivered instantly. All sales are final and non-refundable once the coins land in your wallet.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning any game.
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support results in an immediate ban and forfeiture of all balances.
RAG takes a 3.5% fee on staked games. The fee is shown before you commit a stake and is deducted from the winning payout.
Solo games against the house carry a published house edge. The odds of each game are listed on the How It Works page.
All outcomes are generated on the server. Picks are sealed until both players have committed, and no client can read an opponent's move.
Automation, scripting, exploiting bugs, collusion between accounts, and any attempt to manipulate a result are grounds for a permanent ban and forfeiture of balances.
If you find a bug that affects balances or fairness, report it through Support. Reporting it in good faith will never get you banned.
Payout requests are reviewed manually. We may ask for verification before releasing funds.
We may hold or decline a payout tied to fraud, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or a pending dispute, and will tell you why.
Product Flip holds both sides' stake in escrow. The seller must supply a tracking number and a photo of the shipping label.
Funds release 24 hours after tracking confirms delivery. Disputes are settled by RAG staff after reviewing the tracking and chat record.
Open a Support ticket first — that is the fastest route and creates a record we can act on.
